Bruce Storm – Owner

Bruce Storm is an experienced entrepreneur with compassion and vision that prospective customers truly appreciate.  Together with his wife  Shannon, who is an accomplished designer, have been innovative in creating business and property opportunities for young and seasoned  clients to expand their quest for success. They are locally and affectionately acknowledged as the ” Mayor and First Lady” of fourth Street area restaurant row.  Living proof of their ability to invest, rehab and finance investment properties.  We welcome the opportunity to work with ethnic and diverse cosmopolitan customers. Marci Bowlen – Manager

Marci is a Bloomington Native with 18 years of Real Estate Sales experience at Bloomington Realty. Marci started her career with Bruce Storm Real Estate & Management in May of 2012 working as his property Manager. Although Marci had been dedicated to Bloomington Realty for over 15 years, It  made good sense for Marci to transfer her Brokers license to Bruce Storm Real Estate after only a couple of months because she felt their team could sell Bloomington by Storm!

Marci has enjoyed her years in Real Estate because she has a genuine love for people and takes great pride in making people happy. Marci believes in making her clients her friends and is often involved in other areas of their life besides the buying or selling of a home. Marci is dedicated to finding the best deal she can for her Buyers because she believes the value of a home is a great investment. Marci believes each Buyer is unique and she takes the time to get to know their wants and needs. Marci knows some will buy a house for only an investment but others will buy a house to make their home. Never the less, every buyer wants a good deal and she is dedicated to finding it. Marci will never try to push her Buyers into something she doesn’t feel is absolutely perfect for them. Marci is proud to work in a place “Where People Come First”. She is creative in her ability to see beyond the current condition of a home and is full of ideas on how to bring your home up to a more marketable condition. Marci has worked side by side with builders and investors to give them creative ideas and solutions for less than desirable situations.
